Standard UK delivery service

We aim to deliver all ex-stock items within 5 working days of placing an order, using our standard free delivery service.

Parasols are packaged in a plastic covering, within cardboard box packaging.  Bases are tied onto a base sized pallet to ensure it is secure and stable.

We offer free delivery on all orders to a single UK mainland addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands.

For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Isles, additional charges will apply. Please contact us for pricing.

This free delivery service is a kerbside delivery service during normal office hours, Monday to Friday 8.00m to 6.00pm.

Due to the size and weight of the items, we use a commercial delivery company to deliver the items.

Some items, including larger sized parasols and bases, are large and heavy. You will need to arrange to assist delivery drivers with unloading the goods. If ordering large or heavy items, please let us know if you are unable to assist or arrange help with unloading.

All goods will need to be signed for. Should you arrange with the carrier to leave the goods with a neighbour or at the delivery address while you are out, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to these items.

If a carrier attempts to deliver to your address on our behalf and finds that no-one is available to receive it, we reserve the right to take a photograph of the outside of the property to assure you we were in the right geographical location to deliver your order, and to confirm that we had found the right address.

Should re-delivery be required, the carriers will charge us for this and we will have to pass this charge on to you, which will be £50 per delivery.

Please check goods carefully and indicate clearly if there is any sign of damage to the packaging.

Please check your goods straight away. If there is any damage to goods, please report this within 24 hours of receiving the items.

Boris Johnson’s announcement that our country is effectively on lockdown for the foreseeable future, affects the majority of people in the UK now.

As a family business we are concerned for the welfare of our staff and customers and have studied closely the Covid 19 - government guidelines for business and employees as well as Boris Johnson’s announcement of 23rd March 2020 on the restrictions and how they affect how we trade.

As such, we believe we are allowed to continue to trade as our manufacturing staff and fitters are not able to work from home and so can travel to and from work to our workshop in Amesbury, Wiltshire to manufacture the blinds or install the blinds at the customers home.

As the weather is rapidly improving and we move to the hot summer months, people’s comfort in their home will be a priority and so planning ahead for purchasing bespoke blinds such as ours is imperative at this time of year. Our telephone will be manned by Corinne, for enquiries and to support our customers too. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer services and are endeavouring to support customers to the best of our abilities at this time.

Our staff have been instructed for a while now to maintain the required safe distances between each other and because of the nature of our product have always maintained high hygiene procedures like washing hands regularly and sanitising work areas.
